ABOUT

Founded by Jacqueline Sastre, its Creative Director, Jacqueline Sastre-Studio is an interior design studio specialised in hotel and hospitality projects, as well as residential developments, working with both developers and private clients. Based in Palma and Madrid, with an international practice, the studio works on new openings and renovation projects, approaching each commission with direct involvement and a distinctive point of view, shaped by a cosmopolitan sensibility and a particular attention to atmosphere and the memorability of space.
Since its inception, Jacqueline Sastre-Studio has worked on projects across different international contexts, including Europe, the Caribbean and North Africa, where it is currently leading the development of the first Kimpton hotel to be opened by IHG on the continent in 2026. The studio approaches each project with a solid understanding of the hospitality sector and a comprehensive working structure, allowing interiors to be developed from real use, execution and the final experience of the space.

JACQUELINE SASTRE

North of Mallorca, before turning to interior design Jacqueline Sastre graduated in Journalism and Humanities. This early academic path, together with her later training in Interior Architecture and in Art and Antiques Appraisal, shaped a way of understanding space that goes beyond form, placing culture, context and use at the centre of each project. After collaborating with internationally renowned studios, she founded her first studio in Madrid together with Alejandro Maseda, an interior designer with whom she shared a deep creative complicity and an essential personal friendship. She later embarked on an independent path, establishing Palma as the main base of her practice, from where she develops projects on an international scale while maintaining an active presence in Madrid.
Jacqueline has developed a distinctive approach to interior design, characterised by a balance between sophistication and naturalness. Her work brings together noble materials, contemporary pieces and a carefully curated selection of vintage elements, resulting in interiors with character, designed to endure without compromising functionality.
Close dialogue with each client is central to her process. Understanding habits, expectations and ways of living allows individual needs to be translated into spaces that are lived with intention and permanence.
